How far in advance do I need to book?
As a general rule, we ask for bookings to be made at least 2 days prior to the date of use. However, depending on vehicle availability, last-minute arrangements may be possible. For urgent requests, please feel free to contact us by phone or through the form.
Will there be additional charges beyond the quoted price?
Since hire cars operate on a "time-based fare" system, if the service runs according to the pre-arranged schedule, there will be no additional charges beyond the quoted fare. Any extensions of time on the day, toll road fees, parking fees, and other actual expenses will be billed separately.
Is it possible to change the destination or stopovers on the day of service?
Yes, we are flexible and can accommodate changes. Our drivers will propose the best route based on the weather conditions on the day and your requests. If changes lead to exceeding the scheduled time, an extension fee will be applied in 30-minute increments.
Can you provide pick-up and drop-off services for international guests (multi-language support)?
Yes, we have a system in place to provide assistance in English and French. Please feel free to entrust us with airport transfers and sightseeing guidance for international VIPs.
